How is my price worked out?

Your lawn is measured and priced exactly, and every price is checked by a person before it’s sent. Other services are estimated from your photos and confirmed on site.

What if the price isn't right for my property?

If the job differs on the ground (overgrown, access issues), your gardener confirms any change with you before starting. Don’t accept it? You’ve paid nothing and owe nothing.

How do I pay?

Directly to your gardener on the day, once the job’s done — card, cash or bank transfer, whatever you both find easiest.

When will the job be done?

Your gardener usually makes contact within a few hours of booking to lock in a time that suits you — often within days.
